The system must issue an alarm on sensor, cable and supply errors.
Planned use of the relay contact, e.g. signal to BMS, burglar alarm or building
alarm system. Note that the listed options (refer to options section) also employ the alarm outputs.
The main alarm output is a relay activated in the normal condition which
drops out in case of aggregate water, sensor or supply error. The relay contact is SPDT rated at 230Vac.
The auxiliary alarm output is a relay which follows the main alarm output.
The relay contact is SPDT rated at 24Vac.
The man-on-the-spot output is a relay activated when entering the
alarm state, and deactivated when the buzzer is muted by the first activation of the front panel RESET key.
The relay contact is SPDT rated at 24Vac.
This option is used when L-PS-X must operate one or more electrically actuated valves
on alarm. Available for 24Vac or 230Vac valve drive. Note this option requires the use of auxiliary (24Vac valves) or
main alarm output (230Vac valves) for this purpose.
This option is used when L-PS-X must deliver a text or speech message to
selected recipients on alarm. Note this option requires the use of an alarm output for this purpose.
Functional identification for the protection system, e.g. 'Cable Tray Passage East',
'Floor Drain Building K5' or 'Air Cooler Dealer Room 334'.
The response time of the monitor channel is selectable 1sec or ½ hour, to
permit adaptation to actual conditions. This can be used to e.g. temporarily allow a wet sensor during cleaning.
Indicate here whether the system may automatically acknowledge an alarm
if the sensor that was wet later dries up.
Indicate here the length of cable required between sensor and control box.
This pertains to the electical tender. An LS-X sensor may be equipped with up to 3km of cable of the appropriate type.
